PDF N-Up (Multiple Pages Per Sheet)

Combine multiple PDF pages onto a single sheet of paper. Generate 2-up, 4-up, or 8-up layouts to save printer ink and paper during study sessions.

Save Massive Amounts of Paper

If a professor gives you a 100-page PowerPoint exported as a PDF, printing it normally will drain your printer ink and waste a massive stack of paper. The 'N-Up' tool solves this by shrinking and tiling multiple pages onto a single sheet. By selecting a '4-Up' layout, you can print that 100-page document using only 25 sheets of paper, making it vastly easier to study and annotate.

Why Use Our PDF N-up / Print Layout?

  • Eco-Friendly: Drastically reduces paper waste and printer ink costs.
  • Study Optimized: Great for condensing presentation slides into review sheets.
  • Custom Grids: Choose 2 pages, 4 pages, 6 pages, or 8 pages per sheet.
  • Offline Processing: Reformats massive textbooks instantly in your browser.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the text be too small to read?

If you are printing a standard novel (A4 size text), going beyond 2-Up will make it very hard to read. However, for Presentation Slides (which have huge text), 4-Up and 6-Up remain perfectly legible.

Why not just use the printer dialog box?

While some printer software has this built-in, formatting it into a permanent PDF file first guarantees the layout won't break if you send it to a commercial print shop.
